Over the past 6 months or so we have required CCTV survey work on drainage. From earlier experience this is never straight forward and the jobs in focus proved to be difficult with heavy silting and construction debris in some of the pipework. This required power washing and tanker services to resolve, often working in tight residential streets.
Undaunted, the site team worked diligently across the the required works. They were skilfully directed and assisted by an office staff who worked equally effectively throughout. Pricing and invoicing was always clear and unambiguous
At all times Equiflo communicated clearly and effectively with client representatives and, importantly, members of the public. Site works were always tidy and safe. On conclusion, clear reporting was provided which fully served the purpose required.
It was an added bonus that the Equiflo team were always pleasant and helpful. There was never a cross word between client and contractor when working together.
I will certainly be pleased work with Equiflo on any future projects that we have.

Max came out to our home and had our issue sorted in under an hour. Super friendly and helpful — he explained everything really clearly and gave us a good idea of what might’ve caused the problem. He didn’t just go for a quick fix either; he used different tools and techniques to make sure it was done right. Overall, awesome service! I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt I had to this time.
My elderly mum, who has dementia, had a manhole overflowing in her garden — it was a mess and really upsetting for her. The team from Equiflo came out quickly and got it sorted in no time.
What really stood out was how decent and respectful they were. They could see how shaken my mum was and handled it all calmly and kindly, which made a big difference.

Had a great experience with Equiflo Drainage Solutions. They carried out a CCTV survey on a building I look after and quickly found a serious drainage issue. They explained everything clearly and gave a really fair price to sort it.

They were back out within five days, lined the drainage pipe, and completely stopped the sewage backing up into the building. Super efficient, easy to deal with, and clearly know their stuff. Would 100% recommend.
