We were recently called out to investigate water ingress in the basement of a very well-known sandwich shop. What we expected was a fairly routine inspection… what we got was a hidden slice of the 1970s, complete with groovy wallpaper albeit hanging off the walls, and retro tiles that would look right at home in a design magazine today.
