Emergency Drainage Repair – Job Complete!

After 3 months of sewage issues and multiple failed call-outs from other contractors, a frustrated property owner reached out to us for help. Her toilet wasn’t flushing, and sewage had started seeping into her garden. Not ideal!

💪 Our team responded immediately and began investigating. We quickly found that part of the foul clay pipe had collapsed. After digging around the pipe, we removed the damaged section — and discovered even more damage further along the line.

📹 While the area was exposed, we carried out a full CCTV survey to inspect the rest of the pipework. Thankfully, no further damage was found, and we replaced all the broken sections.

✅ Once the repairs were complete, we:

  • Backfilled with pea gravel for proper drainage

  • Had the tenant flush several times to confirm everything was working perfectly

  • Reinstated soil, Type 1, sand, and re-laid slabs

  • Left the site clean & tidy 🧼

Another job done properly ✅ Another happy customer! 🙌
